Yarn Garden is a Sox Hot Spot
Think Outside the Sox Contest by XRX
$20,000 in prizes
Yarn Garden is a Sox Hot Spot for three of the sponsors of the year-long sock designing contest just announced by Knitters magazine and some of our favorite sock yarn merchants. We are signed up with Mountain Colors (Bearfoot yarn), Regia yarn and SW Trading Co. (Toufutsies yarn). The contest will run for a year and yes, they are advertising $20,000 in prizes. The grand prize winner will receive a whopping $6,000! If your design is made from yarn from one of the sponsors, your prize money will be greater. So watch for more news, be thinking of designing outside the Sox!

Newsletter is Going Green!
After much thought, we’ve decided to save a tree and produce our newsletter electronically starting with the next issue (Spring ‘08). Not only are we very sensitive about the environment, but we also want to keep our costs as low as possible so we can offer you the lowest prices on our products. We will still print some newsletters and have them available in the shop, but we will no longer be mailing. If you are not on our e-news mailing list, go here.
We’ll send you an e-news announcement when the newsletter is published.
